For further information, please refer to <br />Exhibit 2 attached. <br />DETAILS OF PREMISES: The proposed licensed premises is located in a commercial <br />building, containing approximately 2,167 square feet. The interior consists of a cold kitchen, <br />which will include a 3-in-1 convection oven that will operate as a microwave, convection oven <br />and air fryer, multiple seating areas, a bar, stage for live performances, a DJ booth, a dance floor, <br />a private karaoke room, an area for miniature golf and skee ball, and a unisex restroom. <br />Applicant will ensure that its dance area contains no less than 100 square feet and will work with <br />the Hawaii County Fire Department to ensure that the dance floor does not obstruct the normal <br />flow of traffic.
