Liquor Commission <br />Kanikapila Cafe LLC <br />dba Hale Kanikapila <br />Page 3 <br />APPLICATION FOR OUTSIDE STORAGE: Under New Business, Kanikapila Cafe LLC <br />dba Hale Kanikapila is concurrently applying for Outside Storage to allow them to store liquor in <br />the locked storage room within its proposed retail licensed premises, Keawe Trading Post. <br />KIND OF BUSINESS: Applicant plans to open seven (7) days a week from 11:00 a.m.— 11:00 <br />p.m., serving a Pan Pacific and Hawaiian Fusion lunch and dinner menu. <br />Employment will consist of approximately ten (15) employees, ten (10) of which will be <br />certified by the Department of Liquor Control to supervise the sale, service and consumption of <br />liquor. <br />
