Ka-ipo said that she received a special
offer for a prime rib buffet of $36.50 per person. The Polynesian Room has also
been renovated and the ambiance is beautiful. The room accommodates
approximately 300 people.
C. Kitaoka said that the luncheon awards ceremony will be scheduled for
Sunday, March 8, 2009. She received a quote of $28.51 per person for lunch at
the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel. She will inquire with the hotel again on getting a
cheaper kid friendly menu. Another alternative is the Waikoloa Beach Marriott
Resort and Spa. However, lunch is not a buffet style. Lunch cost is $25 per
person for a box lunch.
K.
