MR. ARMOUR: <br />No report. <br />MS. NICHOLSON: <br />Okay, then we have discussion regarding items previously placed. I <br />would like to skip this one for right now because I’m looking at the clock to see what we really <br />need to get through. <br />MS. GARSON: <br />Madam Chair if I could make a suggestion if you can run down to item 9 and <br />go to the outline then at least if you have your outline set we can start looking at the report. <br />MS. NICHOLSON: <br />That’s what I was looking at. Okay, so we are jumping to item number 9. <br />DISCUSSION OF DRAFT OUTLINE OF FINAL COST OF GOVERNMENT <br />COMMISSION REPORT: <br />MS. NICHOLSON: <br />Item 9 is the wonderful draft that Eileen did for us of how we’re going to <br />organize our report. Does everyone have a copy of that in front of them? Any comments? Did <br />you all have a chance to really look at it and think about how we would slot things in here? Is <br />there something missing? I would like to thank you very much for doing this. It’s kind of hard <br />to see until we start to plug things into here how it’s going to work but… <br />MS. O’HARA: <br />I just want to say the appendicesare just kind of dangling. I mean there may <br />be more, there may be less, I don’t know, that was just to have a place to put stuff. <br />MS. WONG: <br /> Page 3… <br />MS. O’HARA: <br />Part 3? <br />MS. NICHOLSON: <br /> That’s the summary of COG FY 2011 efforts. This is one that you did <br />early on it’s in different font. <br />MS. O’HARA: <br />Are we onto item 10? Because the draft outline is 9 and 10 is the proposed <br />part 1. <br />MS. NICHOLSON <br />: I think because it all came together we’re thinking it’s all one. <br />MS. O’HARA: <br /> The outline is just one sheet and so we’re on item 9. So the outline is just the <br />outline. <br />MS. WONG: <br />Okay, it was in the middle so I thought why is this in the middle? That was my <br />question, I don’t get it. <br />MS. O’HARA: <br /> Okay. Okay. <br />MS.NICHOLSON: <br />Okay so the sheet we are looking at is one piece of paper here and actually <br />Gloria has already worked on the essential services provided by the county so she’s got an <br />initial draft on that which will be sent out to everyone. So I’m thinking that if the staff is going <br />to go ahead and plug in our recommendations into this format would it be helpful to go ahead <br />and plug in Gloria’s draft at the same time so then we can talk about that at the same time on the <br />agenda as part of then our draft? <br />22 <br /> <br />
