CHR. SIRACUSA: So, we need to close file. The motion to file Communication 14, discussion on Geographical Starting Points was carried by the following vote: Ayes: Commissioners Carvalho, Kahawaiolaa, Kahui, Kanuha, Melrose, Middlesworth, Poindexter, Ugalde, and Chair Siracusa. Noes: None. Absent: None ANNOUNCEMENTS MR. MELROSE: I have a question of the group, and it has to do with how we---The agenda for next time; we need to be clear about that and I think there were some things put on the agenda this time from just communicating with Pat or other things. And thatÓs great; I just want to know what the protocol is for getting something on the agenda. Do we need to do it now at this meeting? Or as things evolve? What is our direction on the process of creating the agenda for next time? CHR. SIRACUSA: Mike Udovic is going to answer that. MR. UDOVIC: Well, you can make recommendations at this meeting for matters that you wish to consider at the next meeting. You can also communicate with the Chairperson who will place it on the agenda. Other than that, that would seem to be appropriate, or if there are any specific questions you want answered, we can do those too. CHR. SIRACUSA: Okay, I would suggest then, that if anyone has any agenda items they submit them to Karen and she will route them to me. That way she will be in the loop. MS. UGALDE: Our next meeting, if I am not mistaken, is scheduled for May 26, 2011. CHR. SIRACUSA: I have to look at my calendar. MS. UGALDE: Yes, two weeks. Do we think we might have the software by th mean to belay the point, but I just think we would get a lot more done if we had the software. There are so many questions that are pending; I donÓt see the sense in meeting if we are not doing something. CHR. SIRACUSA: Patricia Nakamoto. MS. NAKAMOTO: The only information that I can give you, again, is by the end of the month. We should have the software, and we should have training by the end of the month. I donÓt have an exact date. 36
