IÓm wondering what would happen in Kona and Waimea; whether the facilities would be available on that day over there. MR. KAHUI: Madam Chair, if I might. This is Bo from Kona. Our facility is open at this time nd for a meeting on the 2. CHR. So, if we did set it in June, I think we talked earlier about having some kind of a training on GIS. Whether it is either a specific conversation on the actual training, or something that we work up; there should be that on the agenda; some kind of a training. MR. UDOVIC: I would also make a recommendation that we--and itÓs really kind of tragic that we donÓt know when everything is going to be available. We should do the training for the Commissioners at a meeting, as well, so we donÓt have any issues about Sunshine Law. I donÓt nd know what to say, maybe even after the 2 of June, maybe in four weeks. I donÓt like to belabor things, but then we might be in a better position. But thatÓs for you to decide, not me. CHR. SIRACUSA: Karen has just given me the word that the facilities would be available on June 2, 2011. MR. MIDDLESWORTH: We have got two things at work here with the training issue. One is, the orientation on GIS, which has nothing to do with training on the specific software. It would seem to me that we should schedule that as soon as we can, whether we know when we are going to have the software or not. If we wait until we know that the software is available, then we have to have the GIS orientation, and then we have to have the training, and by that time we are going to be in July. 37
