Rules <br />of practice. <br />PKO: 1.15 says the meetings of the Board shall be open to the public except when <br />personal matters affecting the privacy of an individual are involved, as <br />provided in Rule 4.13. <br />CHAIR: 4.13? <br />PKO: Um hmm. <br />CHAIR: Okay. <br />PKO: And it shows then again that all meetings are open. They can be held in a <br />closed session to consult with the attorney, which is not the question. Is there some <br />overriding purpose- <br />PKO: Well reading the petition, I didn't see what personal matters we going to be <br />discussed.
