If he <br />came out, if he did the pre -check differently and might have <br />been one different outcome, because if you fail the air brake, you fail it outright. <br />if it came to the pre- check, you know, you might not fail, <br />that is my situation here. So if a violation did occur, I feel that it <br />might have been a different outcome from the performance test.
