CAMBRA: - -I'm not actually sure if he trained him personally or if he had someone, hired <br />someone to train him, I'm not sure on that. <br />AL: But that person went to Mr. Keliikoa's school? <br />CAMBRA: . And this is where I'm trying to figure if an ethical violation <br />did occur, that, you know, the outcome might have been a little different. I'm not <br />hereto say that he didn't do his job, because I think he did. But I'm saying the <br />outcome might have been different if they caught him at a violation ahead of time, <br />and something else was done about it. That is where I stand on <br />AL: Thank you. <br />WJ: And your years of seniority? <br />CAMBRA: I have one guy over me, but I think he signed a paper, and it's known that he <br />won't- <br />WJ: - -how many years senior? <br />CAMBRA: I have twenty fifteen, I'm sorry. <br />WJ: Fifteen years. <br />GILMAN: It's going to be my sixth year next month. <br />WJ: And the person you're talking about that was promoted over you has how much <br />seniority? <br />GILMAN: Pardon me? They have a training list, by seniority and . And if you <br />got your name on the training list, when your time come up, you get training. For <br />me, I wasn't on the list. I found out that I wasn't on the list. A guy named <br />15 <br />
