No to say that he's unfair <br />or in doing the performance test. <br />KK: Sorry, I'm lost. <br />AL: I'm hearing that, to put it maybe in other words, that because a person was in the <br />class —was trained outside of County time, but was trained by Mr. Keliikoa, when <br />it came time to audit, there was a possibility of favoritism or that he knew that <br />person better, or that he knew —maybe you didn't do too well now but I know you <br />can do it because I saw you do it Saturday —that kind of thing? <br />CAMBRA: More like he has the authority to do something —the authority to do it or not. <br />That is not what I question. Right now my only question is if it did occur—it <br />seemed like here, or anyplace else you go, everybody has rules. Policemen have <br />rules, lawyers have rules. <br />AL: Did he just violate the rules. <br />CAMBRA: Yeah. I'm just trying to find out of that is a violation or not, that is my concern. <br />If everything is good <br />KK: Okay, well, I think we have a similar understand of what happened. Maybe I'm <br />expressing it in a different way. Anyway, be that as it may, then your case was <br />handled by internal means by the UPWI assume the UPW. <br />CAMBRA: Um hmm. <br />KK: And some decision has been made on the case, one of which was that Mr. <br />Keliikoa will no longer do auditing. Is that —now, if we rule somehow, or <br />determine, or render an opinion that your case is in fact valid, that Mr. Keliikoa's <br />actions are unethical, would that give you an inroad into getting retroactive pay or <br />promotions or anything like that? <br />CAMBRA: Not at all. <br />KK: You're doing it simply for <br />CAMBRA: For fairness and <br />KK: - -for the record, too <br />CAMBRA: - -yeah, for the record, and so hopefully none of these things will happen again.
