RECOMMENDATIONS - EPA GRANTS - PHASE I Kea`au Recycling and Reuse Center (KKRC) <br />RECOMMENDATIONS - EPA GRANTS - PHASE I <br />Kea`au Recycling and Reuse Center (KKRC) <br />STATUS <br />REPORT <br />REFERENCE <br />1. We recommend that the County as EPA Grant awardee monitor and <br />PHASES I AND II ARE <br />p.50 <br />review all procurement processes and obtain sufficient documentation <br />CLOSED. <br />to provide assurance that all procurements are made in accordance <br />with applicable grant and procurement laws and regulations. <br />REMAINING PHASE 111 <br />FUNDS WILL BE <br />2.
