The communities between <br />Highway 11 and Stainback Highway are Puna communities; they do not belong in District <br />3 or District 6, they belong in Puna. What I would like to see is to go right down Highway <br />11 on both sides of the road towards Kea`au as far as the numbers would allow. In the <br />meantime, the whole southern Puna here, we're not getting - - -You know, people who have <br />testified for Puna Mauka/Puna Makai; and that's how Puna always thinks of itself.
