District 4 has always been the "mix district" and District 3 was mix <br />to because of Kea8u, So why change it nowt "KEEP MsWict 2 RURAL/URBAN" and <br />"KEEP District 4 MIXED* <br />Remember, Commissioners Zo 3 and 4, your job as commissioner is to put the best <br />plan for the ""People" of Districts 2 and 3 in Hilo. <br />Use the following streets; either Komohana or Kaplolan!
