The commissioners in <br />District 2, 3 and 4, why are you changing the lines and not going North to South" <br />as how i# has always been. <br />District 2 has always represented the "rural and urban" communities. DistriCt 4 <br />has always been the "mix district"' and DWcC 3 was also a "rural and urban" until <br />10 years ago when the commission put Keaau In District ,3. <br />Commissioners 2, 3 and 4, your jab as Commissioner is to put the best plan that <br />you feel that will best service the "Peoples of Districts 2 and 3 in Hilo. <br />Using the following streets; either Komohana or Kapiolani Streets to divide <br />Districts 2 and 3. And that would start from the Walluku River and go south to <br />Keaau. <br />Remember how this will affect the people of Hilo for the next 10 years. "KEEP <br />District 2 RUFtAIJURBAN" and "KEEP District 4 MIXED" and please reconsider your <br />changes and keep litres going North to South. <br />Thank you, <br />COMM. 51.32 <br />
