Commissioner Kualii seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Commissioner Horner moved to nominate Leroy Victorine as Chair. Commissioner <br />Schutte seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Commissioner Schutte moved to nominate Paul Horner as Vice Chair. <br />Commissioner Victorine seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Commissioner Marques moved to close the nominations. Commissioner Victorine <br />seconded the motion.
