The hours of operation would be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on <br />Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and from noon to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday. <br />The dental office will see 8 patients per day with one dentist, one assistant and a <br />receptionist. The hours of operation would be from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. <br />Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. On Wednesday, the office will open at 12:00 <br />noon and remain open until 8:00 p.m. for client convenience. <br />The optometrist office will have one optometrist, and an assistant /receptionist and <br />see approximately 12 clients per day. The hours of operation would be from 9 :00 <br />a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. On Wednesday, the office will <br />open at noon and remain open until 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to noon. <br />The physical therapy office will see 16 patients per day with two therapists.. The <br />hours of operation would be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, <br />Thursday and Friday. On Wednesday, the office will open at 12:00 noon and remain <br />open until 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to noon. <br />The rotating specialist office will see 16 patients per day with one specialist and one <br />nurse /receptionist. The hours of operation would be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. <br />every Monday. <br />B. DESCRIPTION of SUBJECT PROPERTY <br />The 1.545 acre parcel is located on the southeastern corner of the intersection of <br />Pahoa Village Road, Pahoa Kapoho Road, Pahoa Kalapana Road and Pahoa Bypass <br />Road. The triangular- shaped property is flat with mostly grass, ginger and some shrubby <br />overgrowth. The perimeter is planted with palm trees and ti plants. There are no <br />structures on the parcel. <br />C. STATE /COUNTY PLANS AFFECTING THE REQUEST <br />I. STATE LAND USE DESIGNATION <br />The subject parcel is situated within the State Land Use Urban District. <br />2. CHAPTER 205A, COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT <br />The proposed use would not be contrary to concerns of the Coastal Zone Management <br />as it would not interfere with public access to the shoreline, scenic and open space <br />resources since the parcel is approximately eight miles inland from the coast. <br />3. APPLICABLE GOALS AND POLICIES OF THE GENERAL PLAN <br />The proposed use is consistent with the following goals and policies of the <br />General Plan: <br />
