It’s either all or <br />· <br />131 <br />nothing. <br />132 <br />What happens to a concurrency zone if one of the roads in that zone can not be built? <br />· <br />133 <br />Concurrency zones can become dead zones if only one road in that zone can not be built. <br />· <br />134 <br /> Hiram also read sections of the CDP about concurrency especially Policy LU-2.8, Page 4-45. <br />135 <br /> <br />136 <br />Douglas Payne, also of this sub-committee, commented that the CDP is as thought it is set in <br />137 <br />“concrete” as to concurrency and as changes occur it basically places a hold on everything. <br />138 <br />Our north south connectors need to be funded and completed if we are to accomplish any relief to <br />139 <br />the existing traffic congestion. <br />140 <br /> <br />141 <br />Hiram stated we need to emphasis with the state the need to get these major connectors build to <br />142 <br />handle the existing traffic as well as future development.
