Explore use of debit and credit cards at the Department of Motor Vehicles. <br />(Recommendation approved 12/4/14 meeting) <br /> <br />Ms. Maddox said people cannot use debit and credit cards at the window but can <br />renew car registration online. <br /> <br />Discussion held and recommendation amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Explore use of debit and credit cards at the Department of Motor Vehicles. <br /> <br />Motion and Vote <br />: Mr. Mitchell moved to approve the recommendation as <br />amended. The motion was seconded by Ms. Kierkiewicz and all Commissioners <br />present voted aye. <br /> <br />E. Continue to update policies and procedures to expand and accelerate use <br />of technology related to processes for online contracts and forms and use <br />of electronic signatures. (Recommendation approved 11/6/14 meeting) <br /> <br /> Mr. Mitchell said this recommendation is a little redundant. Ms. Garson stated <br />this is related to contracts and forms and asked if the Commission wanted to delete the <br />reference to electronic signatures.
