INFORMATION SYSTEMS ANALYST III -3- <br />Ability to: gather, analyze, correlate, and evaluate facts and make sound <br />judgments; apply analytical reasoning; read and comprehend machine manuals and <br />other written materials; speak and write effectively; prepare clear and concise reports; <br />work cooperatively and effectively with others; understand the legal and <br />procedural requirements and the functions and organization the programs under <br />study; recommend procedures for conversion to electronic data processing; learn the <br />principles and practices of public administration; and learn the principles and <br />practices of research methods and procedures. <br />Physical Reauirements: <br />Persons seeking appointment to positions in this class must meet the health and <br />physical condition standards deemed necessary and proper to perform the essential <br />functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations. <br />Physical Effort Grouping: Light <br />This is the first specification approved for the new class INFORMATION <br />SYSTEMS ANALYST III, effective October 1, 2005. <br />APPROVED: October 3, 2005 Rodney T.
