I <br /> respect the decision of the Board that I've heard thus far to defer <br /> until appropriately addressed the issues pertaining to the gift <br /> disclosures. <br /> Mr. Adams: Sir. If I may. I think we're just introducing you at this time. I would just note that in our rules the fact <br /> that it was received by the Board actually constitutes that receipt. <br /> We're acknowledging that here, but we did receive it back when it <br /> came to the Board. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: If you would like to make your statement now. You will see that I have addressed although I did not cite it <br /> strictly as section 2-91.5 at the bottom of page 4. I addressed that <br /> issue and I assumed that's part of my petition.
