You <br /> have a right to a closed hearing...a closed hearing means that we <br /> ask everyone to leave the room and kept confidential including the <br /> opinion. You don't have to have a closed opinion, but it doesn't <br /> affect the outcome of what we do if you do request a closed <br /> hearing. <br /> Mr. Adams: If I may Mr. Chair.
