Mr. Young requested to amend the minutes to 160 show that he was not in attendance. The motion was further amended by Mr. 161 Nelson to reflect he was not in attendance. There was no opposition to the 162 amendments. 163 164 The following amendments were added with no objections: 165 166 On line 75, to include the vote of the motion and that the motion passed. 167 168 On line 136, to remove the sentence and replace with “Curtis Tyler III voiced his 169 concerns about the new FEMA maps and the areas not covered by them.” 170 171 On line 159, there is no time of adjournment. Aliʻi Parkway and CDP concurrency 184 Chair pro tem Tyler requested Mr. Payne to address the Committee. 185 186 Mr. Payne stated that Kuakini Highway widening was stated that it would be 187 worked on in 2017.
