I also, noticed that in the ... providing the position in the <br />petition.. Ahe County ask for two things. One that the Board of <br />Ethics find that the proposed collective bargaining provision is in <br />violation of the County Code of Ethics and then also ask that we <br />find that it's not a proper subject for negotiations with the HFFA. I <br />think that we are ... it's well within our jurisdiction to address the <br />violation of the Code.
