bought as an investment property, and the B&B is seen as the cash flow mechanism to an <br />investment property. <br />It'smy wife and I have lived next to a B&B since, since the mid -eighties. Tourists, many, <br />essentially all tourists, occasionally, there's some local people, Merry Monarch, and, <br />occasionally there are local people, but it's mostly tourist. They're from all over the world. <br />They're clueless. If a, if a B&B operator/owner is not there, you're in trouble. That's my <br />perspective seeing two—two operators operating with, with four rooms. It's 365, 24/7. You <br />cannot take a vacation. <br />Finally, we're a residential neighborhood. B&B's are what they are and when they're in our <br />neighborhood, they're boutique hotels. Tourists need to go to hotels. Hotels are permitted to do <br />visitor trade and they're set up for it. We do understand the concerns in relation to the B&B operation which <br />would lead us to absolutely inform our guests and visitors before they come, while they're here, <br />and on their way out, of the at home residential situation.
