I think <br />the kind of establishment that Mr. Davis and others are proposing for this particular <br />space and the surrounding area is going to be nothing but a positive addition to the <br />beach park and also to the members of the public who would be utilizing that, for <br />perhaps dinner or as a nice relaxing spot. Based on what I know about Ulu <br />Development and some of their other related companies, I have no hesitation <br />whatsoever on giving my full endorsement to this proposal.
