In this case, for police, it was a <br /> 8 six-year agreement . <br /> 9 So over the six years and looking at this <br /> 10 grid, it ' s Bargaining Unit 12, and it ' s roughly been <br /> 11 about seventeen percent . And that ' s a conservative <br /> 12 amount . Seventeen is calculated just on <br /> 13 across-the-board increases during the six years . <br /> 14 If you ask me what did we build the budget on <br /> 15 given step movements, catch-up step movements, et <br /> 16 cetera, it ' d be closer to like twenty-three percent . <br /> 17 But we took the most conservative, which is just the <br /> 18 across-the-board increases that the collective <br /> 19 bargaining had to give you some frame of reference of <br /> 20 what Mr .
