And this twenty percent pay raise <br />2 suggestion, they're in collective bargaining right now, so I <br />3 believe that they're -- the highest paid executive management <br />4 position is receiving a, somewhere in the neighborhood of a <br />5 four percent pay raise right now while they're in binding <br />6 arbitration. <br />7 So we need to determine those, that particular <br />8 information, find out how we're going to proceed on a raise <br />9 and on these salaries. <br />10 So I guess my question would be is would we need to <br />11 assign a permitted action group? <br />12 MR. PAVAO: If I may comment. I don't think we <br />13 need to form a group, and I don't think we need to do the <br />14 work. Because it'd probably be a violation of the Sunshine <br />15 Law if we try to do stuff like that. <br />16 My request was to staff to prepare a table for us. <br />17 Staff has all the resources. I'm sure they could present a <br />18 reasonable table that we can look at and compare. But I <br />19 don't think we, as Commissioners, should be doing that. I <br />20 think that's beyond our responsibilities. <br />21 CHR. ONO: I need an explanation of this group that <br />22 You're talking -- is it like a subcommittee meeting?
