So in hers, it takes six. In the Charter <br />6 <br />that's already <br />existent, it has five. <br />You have five, <br />7 <br />right, because <br />that's the majority of <br />your membership. <br />8 <br />So, something <br />has to be resolved. I <br />told her she's <br />9 <br />going to have <br />to, you know, put some <br />sort of <br />10 <br />clarification <br />one way or the other, because <br />if you look <br />11 at the Charter, if both are in there -- <br />12 MR. But the thing is that that <br />20 publication is for -- according to this, I guess you <br />21 would have to vote on a proposed increase or decrease, <br />22 and then that would have to be published in the <br />23 newspaper, then you would have to go out to two public <br />24 hearing, one in Kona, one in Hilo.
