It's just <br />9 unfortunate that there was no activity occurring on the <br />10 salaries for such a long duration, and primarily <br />11 what -- and I think from all of our experiences, <br />12 whatever input you've got, people are reacting to the <br />13 percentage increase. You know, a lot of it -- <br />14 MR. DOW: Well, they're overreacting to the <br />15 dollar increase -- <br />16 CHR. ONO: Uh-huh. <br />17 MR. DOW: -- but they're overlooking the <br />18 percentages. <br />19 CHR. ONO: Uh-huh. We've heard it from <br />20 both sides. So, thank you for that.
