Page 30 <br />1 I think Mrs. Lee Loy probably put this amendment <br />2 through because she heard from her constituents; and, <br />3 you know, as Amy said, we should not take this <br />4 personally. But if I were on the outside and looking <br />5 at it and I just saw 10 percent, I would say, "Wow, 10 <br />6 percent is a really a big deal," because I don't think <br />7 they explained that when you break it down, it's in <br />8 smaller percentages; but it just said "10 percent," so, <br />9 you know, you would think, "Wow, 10 percent. Who gets <br />10 10 percent?" But that's my only comment. <br />11 CHR. ONO: Anything else? <br />12 MR. HARANO: Chairman Ono? <br />13 MR. FRATINARDO: Could we take a break? <br />14 CHR.
