The next <br />4 item is testimony concerning Bill 98 draft -- <br />5 MR. PAVAO: Mr. Chairman? <br />6 CHR. ONO: Yes. <br />7 MR. PAVAO: Before we go on the next item, I <br />8 think -- I think this Commission needs some guidelines <br />9 in the future for future pay raises. I'm really <br />10 concerned about this clause about a detailed report. I <br />11 think we need some guidance as to what they're <br />12 referring to or what the intent is of a detailed <br />13 report. <br />14 CHR. ONO: Yeah. Okay, Milton, which brings <br />15 up the second highlighted item. <br />16 What I did was we didn't have time to meet, <br />17 and so I submitted personal testimony, not from this <br />18 Commission, but as a public citizen; and what I <br />19 included in there was that the Commission would welcome <br />20 input from both the Mayor's office and the County <br />21 Council on its proposed adjustments before it approves <br />22 them or acts on them.
