You’ve brought up two issues. Do you want to deal with both of them together or one <br />at a time? One is who is the treasurer? The other one is who signs the cards? <br />RAY: Let’s do them one at a time. <br />HERKES: Okay. <br />RAY: How about the treasurer issue first. <br />HERKES: Okay. <br />RAY: Rudy, has there always been a treasurer for -? <br />LEGASPI: Not to my knowledge. <br />RAY: Do you know how that was handled in the past as far as -? <br />LEGASPI: The secretary or the treasurer would submit the bills to the clerk in the County. <br />RAY: The secretary and the what? <br />LEGASPI: Would submit the invoices for payment to the County. <br />RAY: Okay.
