One thing I want to add, <br />so that it would be out here, when I talked to Roland, he had no problem with <br />what just happened. He did mention that he wouldn't mind being Vice Chair; <br />there may be other persons, but since I did talk to him and I don't know if he'd <br />said that to anybody else, I wanted to put that on the table. I really feel that it <br />would be nice to have a woman as a second person on there just because it's <br />important to me, and Roland is also very closely aligned with the administration. <br />SANTANGELO: Would you be willing to serve as Vice Chair? <br />IRVINE: Yes. <br />SANTANGELO: And we have a second? <br />YOSHIYAMA: Second. <br />SANTANGELO: Now that we have two people, can we openly do that by <br />show of hands or do we have to do a secret ballot type thing? <br />WURDEMAN: Show of hands, but you have to close the nomination. <br />• <br />
