CA -10 RELATING TO THE DUTIES OF THE DIRECTOR OF ENVIRONMENTAL <br />MANAGEMENT <br />CHR. HAITSUKA: Let's move on to CA -10 in Communication 258. Do I have a motion to <br />adopt the proposed ballot language for CA -10? <br />Ms. Jarman moved to adopt the proposed <br />ballot language for CA -10 as stated in <br />Communication 258. Seconded by <br />Mr. Shumway and carried by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Jarman, Kaulukukui, <br />Kealoha, Osborne, Shumway, <br />Unger and Chair Haitsuka. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: Commissioners Fuertes, Honma, <br />Kawauchi and Nahale -a. <br />CHR. HAITSUKA: Let's look at Communication 256.4, with respect to CA -10. We have <br />some proposed language from the League of Women Voters and from the Educational <br />Committee. Do I have a motion? <br />Ms. Jarman moved to adopt the Educational <br />Committee's proposed summary language <br />for CA -10 as stated in Communication 256.4. <br />Seconded by Ms. Osborne and carried by the <br />following vote: <br />26 <br />
