HAITSUKA: Now we need to vote on the underlying (main) motion. <br />The motion to adopt the proposed ballot <br />language for CA -11 as stated in <br />Communication 258 and as amended <br />carried by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Jarman, Kaulukukui, <br />Kealoha, Nahale -a, Osborne, Shumway, <br />Unger and Chair Haitsuka. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: Commissioners Fuertes, Honma, and <br />Kawauchi. <br />CHR. HAITSUKA: Let's look at Communication 256.4, with respect to CA -11. We have <br />some proposed summary language from the League of Women Voters. Do I have a motion <br />to adopt the proposed language for CA -11? <br />Mr. Unger moved to adopt the League <br />of Women Voters proposed summary <br />language as stated in Communication 256.4 <br />for CA -11. Seconded by Mr. Shumway <br />and carried by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Jarman, Kaulukukui, <br />Kealoha, Nahale -a, Osborne, Shumway, <br />Unger and Chair Haitsuka. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: Commissioners Fuertes, Honma, and <br />Kawauchi. <br />W <br />
