The Auditor -Administrator plan can be adopted in any county which has not <br />provided for the appointment of the County Auditor and has not combined <br />the offices of Auditor and Treasurer. The Auditor -Administrator <br />plan is mutually exclusive with the County Manager, Elected <br />Executive, and At Large Chairman plans. <br />2. Under this plan, the elected County Auditor shall also serve as County <br />Administrator and assume all duties and responsibilities prescribed to the <br />Administrator under the County Options Act including the <br />preparation of an annual budget and a long range capital <br />expenditure program. <br />3. The Auditor continues to perform all duties of a County Auditor except that <br />his duties in the computation of taxes, delinquent taxes, and receipt and <br />disbursement of moneys is transferred to the County Treasurer. <br />k.
