County Manager is appointed by the County Board for an indefinite time <br />solely on the basis of his training, experience and administrative <br />qualifications; He may be removed from office at any time by the <br />County Board, but after one year of service, he may demand written <br />charges and a public hearing. <br />7., The offices of Auditor, Treasurer and Register of Deeds are abolished <br />while the offices of Corcnor and Surveyor are made appointive. <br />3. No county administrative 'boards can be created by the Board except <br />for activities jointly administered with another jurisdiction. <br />Advisory committees to the County Board and the County manager may <br />be established. <br />4. The County Manager performs all duties of an administrative or exec- <br />utive nature vested in or inr) <br />G�osed upon the County Board.
