The <br /> public hearing that I have tentatively scheduled for this <br /> commission ' s .approval. is March 27 which is the first Tuesday <br /> following the twenty days after the newspaper publication <br /> which I am proposing to be this Friday. I would say to play itsafe probably <br /> the first official public hearing for this commission it any <br /> place around the island should not be scheduled for anytime <br /> earlier than the 17th of April. <br /> MR.
