" <br /> Whether they are Republican or Democrats has very little to <br /> do with it and I agree with you, the party system is a great <br /> thing, but I do very honestly think we have to come up with <br /> an equal share for every vote, as close as we can. I don ' t envy any of you sitting there, one bit, <br /> of what you have to come up with, but I think you guys can <br /> come up with a strong and much better proposal if you <br /> reconsider. <br /> MR.
