So I think just to be clear on those things makes a lot of <br />sense to me as well. <br />So in Hawai`i County Code Section 2-161...it's article 30, gifts or <br />donations, dedications so there's specific provisions in terms of <br />gifts and donations accepted on behalf of the County.
