b. Any member of the Family has committed fraud, <br />bribery, or any other corrupt or criminal act in <br />connection with the OHCD, and /or Federal Housing <br />Program. The applicant or participant in this <br />case will be ineligible to apply for housing <br />assistance for three (3) years from the date of <br />declared ineligibility or termination of <br />assistance. <br />c. Any member of the Family has committed drug <br />related criminal activity or violent criminal <br />activity or has a history of alcohol abuse that <br />would cause the applicant or family to interfere <br />with the health, safety or right to peaceful <br />enjoyment of the premises of other residents. If a <br />person has been convicted of manufacturing or <br />producing methamphetamines in violation of <br />federal, state or local laws, anywhere, including <br />on the premises of federally assisted housing, <br />that person shall be immediately and permanently <br />denied admission to the Section 8 Program. <br />Applicants may be denied assistance if they have <br />engaged in drug-related criminal activity or <br />violent crime or has a history of alcohol abuse or <br />violent criminal activity within three (3) years <br />prior to the date of the certification interview. <br />d. Any member of the Family has been evicted from <br />federally assisted housing for any reason, <br />including for drug related criminal activity or <br />terminated from any Section 8 Program for program <br />violation. The household shall be denied <br />admission for three (3) years from the date of <br />eviction or termination of assistance, whichever <br />shall occur later. <br />e. Any member of the Family has engaged in or <br />threatened abusive behavior toward OHCD or other <br />PHA personnel. Ineligibility to apply for <br />assistance in this case will be for a period of <br />three (3) years following the declaration of <br />ineligibility or termination of assistance. <br />f. Any member of the Family has a history of repeated <br />minor violations or singular major violations of <br />their lease provisions as described in <br />"definitions".
