And after my discussion, which I was <br />13 happy about, I thought that, you know, since this is <br />14 Commission business, my intent here was to let the <br />15 Commission know the content of the discussion purely <br />16 for information. <br />17 MR. HIGGINS: Terrific. <br />18 CHR. ONO: No, I know there's nothing wrong <br />19 with that, but we have a policy implication over here <br />20 which is really -- I think it's important. <br />21 MR.
