Motion is carried. <br />12 Okay, we're going to take an item out of <br />13 order here. That would be "Unfinished Business," and <br />14 that would be item C, "Suggested salary adjustments as <br />15 recommended by the Department of Human Resources." And <br />16 let me recap this. At the last meeting, we asked that <br />17 the Department of Human Resources make a recommendation <br />18 for their suggested salaries for the positions under <br />19 our jurisdiction to become effective on July 1st. And <br />20 in doing so, the background is to recommend them taking <br />21 into consideration the private sector, the other <br />22 jurisdictions throughout the state of Hawaii, and also <br />23 the inversion salary factor. <br />24 So, with that in mind, this document was <br />25 received this morning, prepared by the Department of <br />ISLAND COURT REPORTING & TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES <br />(808) 933-9800 <br />
