It just sends <br />9 a bad message, and I don't think that's the kind of <br />10 message we want to send the public. <br />11 CHR. ONO: Want to make a motion? <br />12 MR. PAVAO: I make a motion that we table <br />13 this until some future meeting. <br />14 CHR. ONO: Milton, can you do me a favor and <br />15 provide us with a recommended month by which? <br />16 MR. CAMPBELL: When do they need it to make <br />17 the budget? <br />18 MR. HIGGINS: Yeah. I want to ask that <br />19 question. <br />20 CHR. ONO: Probably in January or February. <br />21 MR. PAVAO: Then let's do it in February. <br />22 CHR. ONO: Well, okay. <br />23 MR. PAVAO: Or January. <br />24 CHR. ONO: Well -- <br />25 MR.
