ONO: No, point well made. Point well <br />7 made. <br />8 MR. HIGGINS: -- nobody has ever paid <br />9 attention to that. We just keep kicking the can down <br />10 the road. It's automatic. And that's what I feel <br />11 about this. And Bill has done a remarkable job, but <br />12 all of a sudden I'm looking at this and saying on June <br />13 19th, we're expected to give all these pay raises. Oh? <br />14 I don't feel good about that without having somebody <br />15 tell me that we don't have to borrow any more money to <br />16 pay for salaries and benefits. <br />17 MS. SELF: If I may interject, that's the <br />18 sort of thing that could go into your rules.
