I thought it would serve as a good place to <br />18 begin the discussion on how this Commission wants to <br />19 proceed with the next set of pay adjustments, even if <br />20 they aren't going -- it could be a pay plus, a pay <br />21 minus, or it could be no change at all. Okay?
