And Amy <br />12 has done a fantastic job of going through the whole set <br />13 of rules bringing them up to date with the current laws, <br />14 as is necessary because they were really very out of <br />15 date. And then, she added the process that was approved <br />16 by the voters, which we're obliged to follow. And <br />17 the part that says we're going to conduct our process as <br />18 via the plan, was approved by this group, and as amended. <br />19 So, I open the floor to Amy to start the <br />20 discussion. <br />21 MS. SELF: So, I guess the most critical one <br />22 for you guys to look at -- because I've gone through <br />23 and made sure it's in compliance with Chapters 91 and <br />24 92 of the HRS.
