Sako, via <br /> Communication No. 321 dated July 1, 2021, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal <br /> year and of more than one fiscal year for a multi-year lease for one copy machine for the <br /> Planning Department. <br /> I <br /> This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement with an <br /> approximate monthly cost of$189.71, and would be used by the department's Disaster Recovery <br /> team. <br /> A motion to amend Res.No. 163-21 with the contents of Comm. No. 321.1, dated July 12,2021, <br /> was made by Committee Member Susan L.K. Lee Loy, and seconded by Committee Member <br /> H61eka Goro Inaba.
