No. 544/Res. No. 344-25 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 344-25, reports as follows: <br />Resolution No. 344-25, transmitted by Director of Information Technology Corey K. Stone via <br />Communication No. 544, dated September 22, 2025, authorizes the payment of funds from later <br />fiscal years to enter into a licensing agreement for proprietary computer software and related <br />services to be used by the Department of Information Technology. <br />This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a three-year agreement with an approximate annual <br />cost of $934,000, for continued use of the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement program necessary for <br />numerous County functions and operations. <br />Information Technology Director Corey K.
