COUNTY OF HAWAPI <br />,�tY ar y <br />STATE OF HAWAI`I <br />BILL NO. 100 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.25-45, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING <br />BUDGET OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAPI FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2026. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAPI: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 25-45, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating <br />revenues in the following amount to the fund as set forth in Section 2. <br />Account No. Source Fund Amount <br />1010-430641 State Grants - SS4A-CoH Smart & Safe Intersection General $ 840,000 <br />Demonstration Proj <br />Total $ 840,000 <br />SECTION 2.
